I wouldn't give a star to loved ones! We at Daimler ordered for the team and just no one came. First at the wrong gate and then nobody comes. There is no response to further calls. So bad ! Especially in the Corona times, really a poor certificate.

New owner? Other staff? New cook? Were 4 people. Pizzas (calzones) tasted really good. Salad with a different dressing than usual. Not bad, but not as usual (is certainly a matter of taste). Portions (salmon, ribbon noodles, spaghetti) smaller than usual. Dessert (ice cream) very small! 3 mini balls and the not full. Service was friendly, but seemed inexperienced and spoke no German (no reproach). Conclusion: we have been there many times, this time everything was a little different. Not bad, but there is room for improvement! Let's see how it is next time ...

Friendly staff. Delicious spaghetti alla carbonara. In Mann had lasagne which was also really tasty. We were completely satisfied. Nice ambience.

Very good pizza with culattelo !! Mozzarella and rocket good wines and an orange liqueur that can only be bought by the bottle outside the home, ideal for outdoor dining during COVID 19 times. Been there twice, ate very well twice.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Dirty tables, fruit flies everywhere, service? Eating, worse is always better, leaving the table early and paying, leaving food and drinks covered with 100 fruit flies and not even the question of why we are leaving. Hygiene at this time would be the top priority, but far away there. Never ever.

2 of 3 waitresses were quite rude. As a large group, we couldn't order in stages. Everything had to be ordered at once. With 3 salads the bread was always missing. The portions were small. The spaghetti Bolognese had hardly any minced meat and only a few noodles.

The only positive: after a while the food was delicious! There's a star for that ... otherwise ... Staff a disaster! unfriendly as before! Despite the new owner, the same team and zero service concept! First got the wrong drinks, then dirty glasses to the ordered water bottles (calcified and traces of the lips from the previous guest) -not an excuse when I pointed this out, but annoyed about my complaint with the note that it was "only" lime. ... we should have left for this insolence! There were no new glasses even after he had put them away! Fortunately we each ordered 2 drinks so that we could refill our water, because during our visit we were no longer asked whether we would like dessert or something else to drink !!! and we sat there for a long time! Without words! Toilets dirty too! (So ​​annoying, but absolutely unbearable in the times of Corona!) Subject face mask: not everyone in the service who served us wore face masks .. an absurdity in these times! And we also had a heavily pregnant lady at the table .. We didn't have to fill out anything for contact details etc ...?! It may be that regular guests are treated kindly and are satisfied with everything - but we will definitely not be coming back from now on.

And paying separately is definitely not possible. The young female waitress was very friendly and nice, always brought the food to the wrong table, but she tried very hard. I gave the 3 stars for the beautiful outside area, although the bang from the shooting range was a bit annoying.

Where should I start? Many write here very nice service ...... yesterday the 31.08.20 experienced exactly the opposite. There were about 40 people on the terrace and 2 waiters, one a little smaller and gray-haired and very friendly and the other a bigger gray, something of unfriendly and unfriendly / arrogant ...... as I've never seen it before. 1. We had reserved 2 days in advance for 9 people. However, no table was reserved because, according to the statement, it is warm and not many guests come. When pushing the tables together our Italian waiter was annoyed. The cutlery that he put twice on the floor was simply put back into the metal bucket in which the cutlery is for the tables / customers. 2. Then we had to wait about 15 minutes until we wanted the food and drink menu after asking several times, again with a grumble. 3. We only had to wait 5 minutes for the drinks themselves, but not everything was brought that was ordered, which was followed by the answer "they forgot that at the counter" 4. Up to now we thought ok, it can't happen that bad. Then came the food…. Ordered rump steak medium, it was deadlier than dead, children's pizza was delivered and cut by the father and then taken away again, on the grounds that it was for another table and we would have ordered a normal pizza for the little one. Pizza wrongly topped and then claimed that although the number was mentioned you would have ordered a completely different number. Prosciutto ordered, but never received on the bill. Everyone at the meal only one person had to wait 10 minutes until his meal came, when you asked the statement came they will make a pizza in 2 minutes ……… and that with a nasty kind of tone. Yes, the pizza was good ... but dry prawns on the salad, the salad bad dressing. I've been to Italy many times and also to many Italian restaurants, but I've never experienced anything like that, hospitality equals 0. Otherwise, I only know Italian gastronomy as very friendly and courteous. The crowning glory was that our waiter wanted to withhold 10 € and only gave the 10 back after asking. Conclusion, that was the last time we were there and I will recommend it to others, of course in the sense of how they presented themselves to us as customers. Oh yes, and as far as the keller's mouthguard is concerned, he said "he doesn't have to wear one, because he has been tested and healthy" and said we should wear one at the table. Right, easy to eat and drink through the face mask;)

Great food .. Delicious .... Nice service and ambience ... But folks ... what's that menu supposed to be? Like when I work through my list in the shop and search for parts! Need for improvement ..! (Write errors are used for entertainment and whoever finds one may keep it)

A fantastic Italian restaurant with a delicious pizza from a wood-burning oven and a wide range of spaghetti. The service and kitchen are 100% Italian, and as I learned from the owner, 80% of the products are taken from Italy to preserve the original taste. Price worth what we get on the plate 😎 I recommend for Sunday dinner. And during the week they have promotions on Mittagspause

We have been coming to the Liesel for years, very often, actually weekly, think that everything is said, very convinced of the fish, pasta and pizza and service very attentive, since the wine was already on the table before we were seated .. Thanks for the good restaurant

Today on June 18, 20 finally reopening with a new innkeeper But pizza maker and the recipe have remained the same. 😀 I was extremely satisfied with the rehearsal dinner.

Nice food and big plates for not that much money

If you want to experience authentic Italian around this area, this is a highly recommended restaurant to visit. Thoroughly enjoyed their wonderful pizzas and house Lasagne, simple Italian dishes that are extremely well prepared. Ingredients are fresh, tastes are excellent. Come for the food and only the food, not for the service and do not expect too much. Expect long waits especially in Summer. Plenty of ample parking.

Cheeky staff ... I should cook by myself if I can not wait and say goodbye .... Never again !!!

Longest waiting time ever

From the outside it looks more like a sports home, but inside it is a nice restaurant with an Italian feel. The condition was very friendly. I had tagliatelle with asparagus, parma ham and parmesan, it was delicious. My friend had a delicious pizza with onion, tuna and pepperoni. For dessert there was panna cotta that was also very, very good, unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of it, but it was nicely presented. There is no delivery service, but in my opinion it is not necessary either.

Surprisingly delicious! If the Pizza in my second visit is going to be just as delicious, I can tell that I'm willing to go all the way from Karlsruhe war the tasty experience!

Stayed in Rastatt for the second time in three years and having tryed some different restaurants in the area, this is by far the best with great food and drinks, great prices, and a very relaxing atmosphere. Preferred restaurant for me whenever in the area for sure.
